RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In any case, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (ten) working days from the date of signing this contract, to be communicated to International communication srl via certified email (PEC) or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

The withdrawal communication can also be sent within the same period via email, provided that it is confirmed by certified email (PEC) or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the last ordered good. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the Customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform the company International Comunication srl via PEC internationalcomunicationsrl@pec.it of the decision to withdraw from this contract through any explicit statement to that effect.

For the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to return the received Products at their own expense, no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the good; they must be returned intact and, in any case, in normal condition. However, the right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed Products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery, such as, by way of example, cosmetic products for body care and beauty.

International communication srl will refund the entire amount paid by the buyer free of charge within 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the withdrawal communication and will be made through the credit institution that issued the credit card used for payment or by crediting the amount to the bank account indicated by the customer.

International Comunication srl reserves the right to reject any Product returned in a manner different from those specified above, as well as Products for which the return costs have not been fully paid by the Customer where due, or the methods and times indicated for communicating the exercise of the right of withdrawal have not been respected.

Without prejudice to the Customer's ability to communicate the withdrawal in the form they deem appropriate, as indicated above, the Customer who intends to withdraw from the TCGV using the format below, to the following PEC: internationalcomunicationsrl@pec.it

APPLICABLE LAW

The TCGV between the Customer and International communication srl represents the distance sales contract between the company International communication srl and the Customer and is understood to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian Law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of their municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the court of Naples.
